Five Things, April 17: Rural Instincts

Here are five things going on in town today.

1. Weather: The National Weather Service predicts a sunny day with a high near 63. The evening will be clear with a low of 42.   Jeff Jam: Jeff jams at Henry Bear’s Park at 11 a.m.

2. Your Life Your Legacy: While we know the subject of death and dying is no ones favorite topic of conversation, we realize that death and dying are facts of life and that we have knowledge worth sharing. Our experience has been that people are much more open and receptive to talking about such topics when they are among family and friends in familiar surroundings. This will be held at the Levine Chapel at 1 p.m.

3. Art Solomon - Making it in the Minors: Local baseball team owner Arthur Solomon (New Hampshire Fisher Cats and the Bowling Green Hot Rods) visits the Brookline Booksmith with his book, Making it in the Minors.
