Five Things, March 18: Come Hear About Typhoid Mary at the Brookline Booksmith

Here are five things going on in tow today.

1. Weather: The National Weather Service predicts a cloudy day with a high near 35. There evening may become snowy, especially after 2 a.m., with a low of 30. Possible accumulation is estimated at two to four inches.  

2. Story Time at Henry Bear's Park: Story Time at Henry Bear's Park! All ages are welcome, and no sign up is necessary. Feel free to stop in and hear one of our sales associates read from picture books and board books that are available in-store for purchase at 11 a.m..

3. Mary Beth Keane - Fever: Mary Beth Keane tells the story of Typhoid Mary, taking us behind the scenes to discover the woman behind the facts and rumors at 7 p.m. at the Brookline Booksmith.

4. Register to Run at Baker School's Spring Spree Fun Run for Kids!: A green-themed family friendly fundraiser where the Baker community can shake off Winter and spring into Spring! The Spree will be held at Baker School on April 29th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m..

5. DANE Mondays Ballroom and Latin dance groups: Need a new way to kick off your week?  Jump over to Dancesport Academy of New England on a Monday night for an intermediate level group class. This class goes beyond the basics, focusing more on technique and putting together more complicated patterns at 7 p.m. at 384 Harvard Street.
