PLNT Burger Coming To Brookline's Coolidge Corner
The 100% plant-based, quick casual, vegan restaurant is set to open across from the Coolidge Corner Theatre in late July.

BROOKLINE, MA — The first stand-alone PLNT Burger location in the Boston area is set to open in late July with Wellesley native Seth Goldman launching the 100 percent plant-based, quick casual, vegan restaurant on Harvard Street across from the Coolidge Corner Theatre in Brookline.
Goldman, the co-founder of PLNT Burger, Honest Tea and Beyond Meat, will mark PLNT Burger's 14th location with the first 100 guests to receive a free PLNT cheeseburger with any purchase, free samples and a DJ. The exact date of the grand opening is still to be determined.
"The Boston area has always relished delicious food and conscious capitalism," Goldman said. "We are thrilled to offer mouth-watering plant-based food to the Coolidge Corner community.

"Our food choices represent our biggest daily environmental footprint and we can't wait to empower Bostonians to 'Eat the Change' they wish to see in the world."
PLNT Burger Co-Founders Spike Mendelsohn and Goldman will be there to welcome guests at the grand opening. Goldman said PLNT Burger will also work with students from the Brookline and Greater Boston area to design a kids' meal box featuring student artwork that will launch in tandem with the opening.
