Dear Canton Families and Staff,
As you likely know, the Food and Drug Association (FDA) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine for 5-11 year olds this week. The Canton Board of Health, in conjunction with Canton Public Schools and the Canton Police & Fire Departments, will be offering COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics for children, ages 5-11, on the following dates and times.

Registration is required. There will be no walk-in openings for these clinics.
Clinic Dates, Times and Locations:
- Sunday, November 7, 2021
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Canton High School Cafeteria - Wednesday, November 10, 2021
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Canton High School Cafeteria - Friday, November 19, 2021
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Galvin Middle School Cafeteria

COVID-19 vaccines for Canton Public School students are not required; however, they are strongly recommended by local and state medical officials. Please see this video with Dr. Dan Muse, our CPS School Physician.

Moderna Boosters are also available, for those meeting the eligibility requirements, on:
