The Cobbs Corner Village Shoppes Concert Series is back. The second annual slate of live, outdoor summer concerts begins Tuesday, July 9 at the Canton shopping center. Concerts take place Tuesdays from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. next to the Halfway Cafe (rain date is Thursday), according to the Village Shoppes Facebook page. The following bands are scheduled to perform this summer: <ul><li>July 9 - Front and Center (R&amp;B and Funk) </li><li>July 16 - Northeast Groove (classic rock) </li><li>July 23 - Downcity (nine piece band; swing, rock and R&amp;B)  </li><li>July 30-  Metropolis (eight piece band; Funk and Top 40) </li></ul>
