5 Things: Art Exhibits, Meetings and More

A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on June 18 in Concord.

1. Exhibition: Landscapes and Moonscapes: An exhibit of charcoal drwaings by Maynard resident Cynthia Rodday and watercolor paintings by Groton resident Terry Durell, "Landscapes and Moonscapes" will be on display at the Concord Free Public Library through June 29.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Advisory Committee at 10 a.m., the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Adviosry Committee at 5 p.m., the Board of Health at 7 p.m., the Planning Board at 7 p.m. and the Hanscom Field Advisory Commission at 7 p.m.

3. Bridge: They're playing at 1 p.m. at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center in West Concord.

5. Thunderstorms are Possible: Patchy fog, clouds and a chance of thunderstorms today, with a high of 76, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts more possible showers and thunderstorms overnight and a low of 52.
