5 Things: CYT's Youth Adult Players Perform 'The Wedding Singer'

A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on June 26 in Concord.

1. The Wedding Singer: At 7:30 p.m. tonight at Middlesex School, the Concord Youth Theatre Youth Adult Players present The Wedding Singer, with music by Matthew Sklar; lyrics by Chad Beguelin; book by Beguelin & Tim Herlihy. Costs $15.

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the CCHS Building Committee at 6 p.m., the Open Space and Recreation Plan Update Committee at 7 p.m. and the Housing Issues Group at 7 p.m.

3. OARS Photo Contest: Photographers, young and old, professional and amateur, are invited to enter their favorite photos in OARS’ 2013 Photo Contest. The winning photos will appear in the organization's 2014 calendar, with the top winning photo featured on the calendar cover. Photos must be taken by the entrant and within the boundaries of the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River watershed, and must include a visual water context from within the watershed, such as a river, stream, brook, lake or pond.
