Every time a customer said I helped them with their health...that was the true goal, so that's when it felt the most rewarding.

Location.
What are your plans once you say goodbye to Each Peach?
No plans! Any ideas that come into my head go on a board. Once this is wrapped up I'll take a look at my options and go from there.
Do you think somewhere down the line we'll see another Each Peach Cafe, or will your next venture be something diferent?
Different. One thing I learned is that while local, organic, healthy, vegetarian is the direction we're moving in, as a society we're not there yet. So I think the next project would be a more blended environment.
If you could leave Danvers with one health tip what would it be?
Change your salt! From conventional iodized table salt to whole Celtic grey salt, or Himalayan pink salt.
