The following are excerpts from the log, Sunday, Jan. 29, through Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Sunday, Jan. 29
- 6:45 p.m., A domestic dispute was reported on Shawmut Avenue. The caller reported the two individuals were punching eachother.
- 7:18 p.m., Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle parked on Hobart Street.

- 11:18 a.m., Police received report of two females stationed outside of the , reportedly harassing people with anti-Obama protests.
- 2:50 p.m., An individual who was found shoplifting diapers and make-up at received a summons to court.
Tuesday, Jan. 31
- 12:25 a.m., Police were dispatched to the on a report of marijuana activity. Police did not locate anyone in question.
- 4:46 a.m., A suspicious person was found sleeping in the laundry room on the second floor of a Conant Street residence. The individual was spoken to.
- 10 a.m., Two suspicious males were reported in the woods near Rosewood Drive. Police did not locate them.
- 1:38 p.m., A fox, reportedly "foaming at the mouth" near was reported to police. The fox was not found.
- 2 p.m., Police arrested Vicki Kirkpatrick, 39, of 55 Franklin St., on charges of shoplifting winter gloves from . Joseph Finnerty, 41, of the same address, was arrested on warrant charges.
