Buckle Up for the Worst Potholes in Danvers

We asked Patch Readers which streets have the most bumps, divots and craters in their area.

Nothing puts a dent in a morning commute like bad traffic and a street littered with potholes.

Blizzard 2016 left monumental snowfalls up and down the east coast, and Danvers was not immune to its wrath.

Large snowfalls compiled with El Niño induced warmer temperatures have caused more potholes and road problems than most motorists can stomach.

Patch Readers gave us a rundown of particularly pocked streets in their neighborhoods. Here are some spots that might be worth detouring:

  • “114 in front of 1 Andover St.”
  • “Route 1”
  • “On Rt. 1 North, the left lane just before the ramp to get onto 95.”
  • “Rt. 1 north, as you come around over 95. (After the Stop n Shop plaza/CVS) left lane, on the overpass. It looks like the bridge edge will crumble if that pothole doesn’t get filled in.”

Know about a pothole that leaves you in a funk? Tell us where it is in the comments below or on our Danvers Patch Facebook page.
