UPDATE: Car Crashes Into McKinnon's Market
A vehicle hit the side of McKinnon's Market on Holten Street around 4:20 p.m. on Friday.
A Danvers woman told Danvers Fire and Police she accidently hit the gas pedal on her 2003 Camry, resulting in a crash into McKinnon's Market and Super Butcher Shop.
Fire and police departments responded to the scene at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17.
The woman told the officers she was backing her car out of its spot when it "suddenly accelerated." Before grazing the side of McKinnons, she also struck a parked car.

The driver was asked to stay in the vehicle until an ambulance arrived, but she told the officers she was fine, according to a witness at the scene.
Lt. Amerault, of the Danvers Fire Department, said the car was banged up and towed away. The other vehicle that was hit was not towed.

Amerault said the building suffered minor cosmetic damages, but no structural problems.
