- A loud group at the Andover Street was dispersed by police due to a noise complaint at 1:43 a.m.

- A vehicle was reported broken into at 12:53 p.m. on Pine Street. The owner said a cell phone and wallet were stolen.

- Police were dispatched to on report of an intoxicated male at 4:53 p.m. Andrew Hirschfeld, 26, of 25 Crescant St. in Swampscott, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.

- Police arrested Barbara Delaney, 44, of 6124 Kirkbride Drive, on charges of shoplifting, third offense, at .
