Danvers 2025 Annual Town Election Guide: Candidates, Where To Vote
Danvers residents will go to the polls to vote in contested elections for Select Board and School Committee on Tuesday.

DANVERS, MA — Danvers residents will head to the polls to vote in the annual town election Tuesday with a crowded field vying for two spots on the Select Board and two candidates running for one open seat on the School Committee.
The Select Board race is shaping up as one of the most competitive in years with incumbent and current Select Board Chair Daniel Bennett, former Select Board member Gardner Trask, and challengers Michael Baxter, Sandy Franceschini, Kevin Berich, Natalie Luca Fiore and Mark Lentine candidates in the crowded field for the two available three-year terms.
The other contested townwide race is for the School Committee, where Maxwell Rudin is challenging current Chair Gabriel Lopes for one seat.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. All precincts will vote at Danvers High School in the field house at 60 Cabot Road.
All vote-by-mail ballots must be returned to the town hall by 8 p.m. on Tuesday night. Vote-by-mail ballots will not be accepted at Danvers High School.
