Danvers American LL 10s Win Section 4 Championship

DANVERS, MA — The Danvers American Little League 10-year-old All-Stars will play for a state championship on their home field this weekend after winning the MA Section 4 championship with a 7-5 victory against Reading.

Danvers advances to play in the 8-10 state tournament this weekend at Tapley Field. Danvers will host Parkway Little League at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the semifinals.

The All-Stars are 9-1 this summer — having gone a perfect 6-0 in District play and then 3-1 in Sectional play.
