Danvers Car Dealership To Host Dog Adoption Event With Cape Ann Animal Aid
Ira Subaru on Andover Street will host the adoption event on Saturday.

DANVERS, MA — North Shore families looking for a new four-legged member are invited to a meet-and-greet with adoptable dogs from Cape Ann Animal Aid at Ira Subaru in Danvers on Saturday.
The second annual event is part of the "Subaru Loves Pets" campaign that earlier this year donated $4,000 to this year's local rescue partner on the North Shore.
Individuals and families can come and meet the puppies from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Andover Street location. Those who find a dog they believe is the right fit for their home will then be encouraged to go through the Cape Ann Animal Aid adoption process to determine a good match.

"This is one of our favorite annual events because it connects families seeking a dog with animals from a local shelter that need a new home," said Rosco Robinson, Jr., Ira Subaru general manager. "Each October, Subaru dealers from around the country partner with local animal welfare organizations, providing direct financial assistance to aid in shelter support and pet adoptions."
Based in nearby Gloucester, Cape Ann Animal Aid is a non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to
facilitating the appropriate placement of adoptable animals and enhancing the lives of all companion animals by promoting respect and well-being through education and outreach.
