At the Internship Fair, students will highlight their work verbally and through a visual display that they produce, Internship Director Kaarin Robinson said. They will also discuss their plans for next year, including college, career and the military.
"The internship program is one of our best initiatives," said Superintendent Dan Bauer. "It gives our seniors a chance to gain real-world experience as they are winding down their days as high school students.

"We appreciate all the companies that work with us to make it such a success."
This is the 12th year of the internship program, which started as a pilot with 17 students. Now, all seniors in good standing participate.
"We are fortunate to have many community partners in Danvers and throughout the North Shore," Robinson said, adding that in the past students have traveled as far as Switzerland and Dubai for an internship. "We’re able to place students with businesses that match their area of interest and give them a glimpse of the world beyond the halls of Danvers High School."
