Danvers Historical Society to Present a Double Feature Night

Members Matter! will be a conversation about what matters to the Danvers Historical Society. This in-person event will be held Wednesday, April 20th, 6 pm. at Tapley Memorial Hall, 13 Page Street, Danvers MA or via ZOOM. To request the zoom link by email here , or call the office: 978-777-1666

Society President, David McKenna, will discuss the capital campaign: Ellie’s Challenge; its origin, goal, progress, and upcoming projects it is funding. Other topics will be discussed as time allows.

At 7pm a short film: Shackleton and “Endurance” will be presented by Heritage Films Theatre, Dan Tremblay, volunteer and member of DHS. It is the Story of Ernest Shackleton and “Endurance” Arctic Experience. This is not available via Zoom.

Folks are invited to come to both events or just one.
