Danvers Man Arrested for Attempted Murder

Sunday, May 12

• Police were dispatched to the Rail Trail on report of someone trespassing with a golf cart at 7:52 p.m. No one in question was found. 
• Paul Vasey, 34, of 30 Ash St., was arrested at his residence at 9:23 p.m. on report of domestic dispute. Vasey was charged with domestic assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, and attempted murder. 

Monday, May 13

• Thanhtam Nguyen, 53, of 6 Lebel Rd., was arrested at his residence on charges of domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 4:20 a.m. 
• A loose dog was found on Maple Street at 8:30 a.m. Animal Control was notified. 
• Dino Brandao, 21, of 28 Clarkson St., in Boston, was arrested on warrant charges at 9:41 a.m.
• Angela Cannizzio, 31, of 4 Collins St., in Lynn, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery at 180 Newbury St., at 10:07 a.m.
• Police were dispatched to at 10:20 a.m. on report of a drug overdose. The individual was transported to the hospital. 
• Police were dispatched to Seneca Drive at 4:51 p.m. on report of two suspicious teenage males in a resident's yard. The situation was unfounded.
