Danvers Police Issue Warning Amid Rash Of Recent Car Break-Ins
Danvers police said most of the vehicles broken into were unlocked or had valuables left in plain sight.
DANVERS, MA — Danvers police are warning residents to lock their cars and keep packages out of sight in their vehicles after a rash of break-ins over the past two weeks.
Police said most of the break-ins have involved unlocked cars or valuables left in plan view.
Police advise residents to make sure vehicles are always locked and to double check that — especially before leaving them parked fore the night.
