Board of Selectmen Meeting

In addition to the Selectmen's meeting the laying out of private roads hearing will take place within the regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen.  The streets being considered are:

• Truche Way
• Tanager Drive
• Reservoir Drive
• Jacobs Landing

 Pledge of Allegiance 

1.       Approval of Minutes of March 20, 2012.   

2.       New public business.

3.    The Board is requested to proclaim April 23–27 as “Above the Influence Week.”

4.    The Board is requested to vote to accept a gift in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44, §53A.

5.    The Board is requested to lay out the following roadways as Public Ways in the Town of Danvers and to recommend to Town Meeting on May 21, 2012 that the following roadways be accepted as Public Ways in the Town:  Truche Way, Tanager and Reservoir Drives, and Jacobs Landing.

6.    The Board is in receipt of an application by TGI Friday’s, Inc., d/b/a TGI Friday’s, Fred Zinkevich, Manager, 49 Newbury Street, for approval of new officers and directors.  This application has received pre-approval by the ABCC.

7.    The Town Clerk will provide the Board with an update on the All Alcoholic Common Victualler’s License held by Miyako Japanese Steak House, LLC, Fei Pan, Manager, 8–10 Newbury Street.

8.    Previous “New Public Business” updates.

9.    Correspondence and Selectmen “New Business.”

10.       The Town Manager will update the Board on various items of interest.

11.    Selectmen closing comments.

12.    The Board will begin its review of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant.
