Is the “merry” missing from your Christmas season? Is your holiday brightness dimmed by inner struggles? Blue feelings at Christmas are more common than you might think! Often this time of year is tinged with feelings of grief, loneliness, or dread – even as the world seems to expect us to exude joy.
Have you had recent losses? Are you reliving old holiday disappointments? Are you lacking the circumstances that a good Christmas seems to require?
