Jurors Get Weekend Off in Philip Chism Murder Trial

The murder trial of Philip Chism will be continued at 9 Monday morning at Salem Superior Court. Chism is charged with raping and killing his high school math teacher, Andover native Colleen Ritzer.
Testimony on Friday included a former classmate of Chism’s, who testified that Chism did not meet him on the soccer fields on the day of the murder, according to the Eagle Tribune.
