The following are excerpts from the department log, Monday, Feb. 20 through Thursday, Feb. 23.
Monday, Feb. 20
- A missing person in was reported to police at 7:19 p.m. The call was later cancelled.
- A suspicious "rock thrower" was reported on Prince Street at 8:01 p.m. Police did not find the person in question.
- Police received a complaint of marijuana use on Bradley Road at 9:33 p.m.

- A phone was reported stolen from at 10:58 a.m.
- A client hitchhiking was reported at at 2:24 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 22
- A break-in was reported at a Conant Street residence at 2 a.m. The situation was unfounded.
- A non-domestic dispute was reported at at 8:28 a.m.
- A non-domestic dispute was reported on Mass Avenue at 8:53 a.m.
- Harassing phone calls were reported from at 1:26 p.m.
- Brendan O'Flaherty, 30, of 11 Aubin St. in Amesbury, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Summer Street. O'Flaherty was charged with domestic assault and battery.

- called police about a report of disorderly conduct from three trucks in the parking lot at 11:48 p.m.. Police asked the individuals to leave.
