UPDATE: Still No ID of Man Pulled from Mill Pond in Danvers
Dive teams were called to Mill Pond behind the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers on Tuesday afternoon.

Danvers, MA - The man whose body was pulled from Mill Pond on Tuesday has not been identified as of late Wednesday afternoon.
State and local police, along with fire crews, pulled a man's body from Mill Pond behind the Peabody Institute Library early Tuesday afternoon, according to the Essex County District Attorney's office.
The body was discovered by someone eating lunch near the pond around noon on Tuesday, according to Carrie Kimball-Monahan of the Essex County District Attorney's office.

Foul play was not suspected in the incident.
Law enforcement officials are looking through missing persons reports to see if they can identify the man and the body has been sent to the Medical Examiner's office to help with identification and to determine cause of death.

“We have checked the description of this individual against our internal missing person reports and various other local police department’s files but we have found no matches," said Danvers Police Chief Patrick Ambrose. "We are currently working with State Police detectives in broadening our search efforts to identify him. I am hopeful that we can quickly make the identification so we can get him back to his family. At this time, the cause of death is unknown and we will be awaiting the results from the Medical Examiner’s office”.
