Sports Equipment Stolen From Plains Park

The Danvers Recreation Department's locked boxes full of sports equipment used for youth summer camps were broken into and stolen sometime early Thursday morning at . 

According to Danvers Police, the equipment was stolen sometime between 11 p.m., Wednesday and 6 a.m., Thursday.

Officer Eric Clarizia said the locks were pulled off the boxes. The incident was reported to police on Thursday afternoon.
