WATCH: FBI Boston Shares Danvers CVS Armed Robbery Security Footage
The FBI has joined Danvers and State Police in asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect from the Jan. 8 robbery.

DANVERS, MA — The FBI Boston Division's Violent Crimes Task Force, Massachusetts State Police and Danvers Police Department on Tuesday released security footage of a Jan. 8 armed robbery of the CVS Pharmacy on Maple Street in hopes of gaining the public's help in identifying the suspect.
FBI Boston said the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect is accused of walking into the CVS at 1 Maple Street at 5:17 p.m. on Jan. 8, approaching the counter, and pointing a silver pistol at the female pharmacist. The FBI said the suspect demanded that she open the safe and then took a variety of drugs, and put them in a black bag before leaving through the back of the store.

The suspect is described as a thin, white man. During the robbery, he wore a gray hooded sweatshirt with a dark-colored jacket, khaki pants, a blackface mask, and a black hat.
