DANVERS, MA —Despite forecasts of rain and winds, trick-or-treating in Danvers is still scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m on Thursday, Oct. 31 this year. So if your kids want their annual candy overload, you might want to figure out how to fit an umbrella or rain jacket into their costume — and yours. Paddington Bear with his raincoat and hat, or the Morton Salt girl with her umbrella, might work in a pinch.
