Curran Center/ECEC On Track For December Opening
The new school is located at the site of the old Dexter Elementary School.

DEDHAM, MA — The Dedham Public Schools should have a new school as a Christmas gift, as long as things remain on schedule.
Superintendent Michael Welch wrote in his update to the community that the Collins Center/Early Childhood and Education Center is on track to be substantially complete by Dec. 21. The kindergarten wing is ready for painting and casework installation while wallboard installation is mostly complete in the pre-K wing. Exterior landscaping and siding installation is ongoing.
Off-site traffic mitigation work on High Street is scheduled to begin soon.
