August's Artist Of The Month At The Sherborn Library: Charles River Creative Arts Students

Note: the following was provided by the Sherborn Library.

The Friends of the Sherborn Library are pleased to announce our August art exhibit—“Create”—a presentation of multi-media works by students attending the Summer 2011 Charles River Creative Arts Program (CRCAP).

The program has been a national leader in the summer multi-arts experience since 1970. With over 130 exciting courses offered every session, students design a summer that uniquely reflects their passion.

Programs based on CRCAP have been established in several foreign countries and 20 states including six other programs in Massachusetts. Over the years, artists like James Taylor, William Hurt, YoYo Ma, Julie Harris, and Tracy Chapman have performed and shared their life experiences.
