Five Things You Need To Know This Weekend: April 30 and May 1
Be sure to check here for useful information about what is going on in Dover and Sherborn this weekend.

1. Play ball! The Dover-Sherborn Youth Baseball and Softball League will have a parade and opening ceremonies on Sunday at noon. The teams will be dressed up in their uniforms and the parade will begin at the front lawn of the Sherborn Town Hall and will end at Jameson Field.
2. The Charles River School will have a Fun Run and 5K Road Race on Sunday. The Fun Run begins at 11:30 a.m. and the Road Race will start at 11:50 a.m. The 5K will start at the Dover town center and will follow Centre Street, Haven Street, Main Street and Springdale Avenue.
3. At the Sherborn Inn, the band "Brogue" will be performing on Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. as part of their Saturday Night Live series

4. The Raiders sailing team will compete in the Mass Bay Fleet Regatta on Sunday.
5. Mandarin Chinese lessons continue this weekend at the Dover Town Library. There are three sessions on Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for kids 6-months-old to 4-years-old; 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for children 4-years-old to 8-years-old; 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for kids 8-years-old to 12-years-old.
