Page Farm Road- Caller reported fireworks in the area.

Dover

Breaking and Entering- 10:30 a.m.

Fox Run Road- Resident stated that jewelry was taken from her home while she was away on vacation. Approx. value of the items taken $1,000. 

Illegal Dumping/Trash- 11:58 a.m.

Powissett Street, Grossman Day Camp- Reporting party stated that two bags of trash were dumped by the Grossman Camp front gate. Officer at residence in town to speak with the involved party.

Sherborn

Disabled Motor Vehicle- 7:04 p.m.

Snow Street and South Main Street- Officers assisted. Vehicle towed.

 

Wednesday- July 6, 2011

Dover

Motor Vehicle Stop- 6:30 a.m.

Centre Street and Cross Street- Verbal warning for inspection sticker. Criminal application for operating after license suspension.

Operating Under the Influence, Arrest(s) Made- 11:37 p.m.

Springdale Avenue, Channing Pond- Callers reported that an operator was driving erratically. Transported one in custody. Vehicle was towed.

Sherborn

Assist Other Agency- 11:33 a.m.

North Main Street- Operator of a vehicle was involved in a shoplifting incident. Unable to locate.

Disturbance, Arrest(s) Made- 6:10 p.m.

Adam M. Sebastian of 79 Western Avenue in Sherborn was arrested for assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and battery, malicious or wanton damage or defacement, resisting arrest, and threatening to commit a crime. Thursday- July 7, 2011

Dover

Fire, Other- 5:08 p.m.

Crest Drive- Reporting party reported a down electrical wire that was on fire. Fire dispatched and NSTAR notified. NSTAR on scene, fire is out and clear.

Suspicious Activity- 10:33 p.m.

Bryant Lane- Report of someone with a flashlight walking around the last house on Bryant Street. Officers spoke with homeowner and it turned out to be the homeowner outside of the house with a flashlight.

Sherborn

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 4:51 p.m.

North Main Street, Sherborn Post Office- Reporting party stated that she was struck head on by a female party who was texting.

 

Friday- July 8, 2011

Dover

Motor Vehicle Complaint- 7:30 a.m.

Donnelly Drive and Grand Hill Drive- Reporting party stated that for the second consecutive Friday at 6:40 a.m. a dark blue sedan has driven down Donnelly Drive toward Hunt at a fast rate of speed (approx. 50 mph) Reporting party stated that this morning the vehicle steered toward him and another walker. He was intimidated by the erratic driving and requested that an officer be in the area next friday morning.

Illegal Dumping/Trash- 12:20 p.m.

Hartford Street- Reporting party stated that on two separate occasions, construction material has been dumped by the front door of the property. Reporting party requested that officers watch the property.

Fraud- 5:52 p.m.

Farm Street- Caller reported credit card fraud.

Sherborn

Complaint- 5:23 p.m.

South Main Street and Bullard Street- A vehicle struck a pothole which damaged his vehicle. Reporting party stated that the hole is 8-inches deep.

 

Saturday- July 9, 2011

Dover

Motor Vehicle Crash- 4:01 p.m.

Haven Street- Motor vehicle crash, property damage only. Stone wall to a property on Main Street damaged. Warning issued to operator for impeded operation and marked lane violation. Vehicle towed.

Sherborn

Vandalism- 12:03 p.m.

Farm Road- Report of a padlock being cut and stolen from South Street entrance to the farm.

Complaint- 11:06 p.m.

Lake Street- Caller reported a large group of people on the beach. A group of adults were removed from the beach after a wedding in the area.

 

Sunday- July 10, 2011

Dover

Civil Matter- 11:36 a.m.

Walpole Street- Vehicle operator and bicyclist entering station having a dispute stemming from an incident on Walpole Street. Disagreement regarding the rules of the road.

Trespassing- 6:18 p.m.

Charles River Street, Redwing Bay, Needham- Caller stated that a group of 10-15 youths were on a railroad trussel over the Charles River. Needham PD notified.

Sherborn

Erratic Operation- 8:22 p.m.

Maple Street- Caller reported vehicle that was driving all over the road and almost hitting another vehicle. Citation issued.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 12:59 a.m.

Farm Street- Suspicious activity in the area of the High School.
