3 Arraigned in Alleged Heroin Sale In Framingham Park

One of the three arrested drove a van for a special needs school transportation company.

FRAMINGHAM, MA—Three are facing drug charges after authorities say they were involved in a drug transaction in a Framingham park from a van used to transport special needs students.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced that Rudencia Montes, 43, of Framingham, Jose Gonzalez-Vizcaino, 34, of Framingham, and Corrine Gentile, 33, of Framingham, were arraigned on Monday in Framingham District Court in connection with an alleged drug sale in Framingham.

Around 9:40 a.m. on Nov. 3, Framingham police spotted a white minivan marked for operation as a school bus parked on Dudley Road near the park. There were no students on the bus. The vehicle was being operated by Montes, who works as a school bus driver and the passenger was identified as Jose Gonzalez-Vizcaino. Police allegedly observed Gonzalez-Vizcaino get out of the minivan and approach another vehicle allegedly driven by Gentile. Police allegedly saw Gonzalez-Vizcaino hand Gentile an envelope.

Police went up to Gentile's vehicle and allegedly found two bags of heroin, and Gonzalez-Vizcaino had $1,494 and a forged driver's license on him. A search of the minivan allegedly located an envelope similar to the one in Gentile’s car containing heroin and $730 in cash, said the DA.

Montes was charged with possession of a Class A substance, distribution of a Class A substance, conspiracy to violate the drug law and violating the drug laws near a school/park. Judge Martine Carroll set bail at $5,000 cash and ordered the defendant stay away from the park.

Gonzalez-Vizcaino was charged with possession of a Class A substance, distribution of a Class A substance, conspiracy to violate the drug law, violating the drug laws near a school/park, identity fraud, furnishing a false name to police and witness intimidation. Judge Carroll set bail at $25,000 cash and ordered the defendant to stay away from the park.

Gentile was charged with possession of a Class A substance and conspiracy to violate the drug law. Judge Carroll set her bail at $200 cash. The next scheduled hearing for these defendants is December 13, 2017.
