• Framingham MA hosts vintage car festival in June. What to know (metrowestdailynews.com) — Framingham residents can look forward to a free vintage car festival at Cushing Memorial Park on Sunday, June 21, the first day of summer. The Bay State Motor Festival will showcase over 200 vehicles, highlight Framingham’s historic GM plant legacy, and feature food trucks, vendors, and a special “Made in New England” display. Vehicle registration and sponsorship opportunities are already open.

• Hopkinton man charged after alleged assault victim MedFlighted for advanced care (hopkintonindependent.com) — A serious alleged assault in Ashland has left one person airlifted for advanced medical care and a 23-year-old Hopkinton resident held on high bail, pending arraignment in Framingham District Court. Police say officers responded to Pond Street Friday afternoon, provided first aid, and quickly arrested the suspect after witnesses reported the incident and described the alleged attacker.

• Beloved Pizza Chain Closes Stores In MA (patch.com) — Framingham diners may remember that UNO Pizzeria & Grill quietly closed its local restaurant in 2024, and now the chain has just shut three more Massachusetts locations in Revere, Dedham, and Braintree. Only five UNO restaurants remain statewide, as the company continues scaling back its Bay State footprint.
