3rd Annual PMC Framingham Kids Ride This Weekend

Race starts at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, May 17. Registration for kids ages 3-12, begins at 9 a.m. the same morning.

Three years ago, then-Framingham High student Michael Berkson created the PMC Framingham Kids ride, in honor of his father, Craig, a pancreatic cancer survivor and a Pan Mass Challenge cyclist. That first year, more than $7,000 was raised for the Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Institute.

Berkson, who became a student at Columbia University, passed the organization of the event over to then-Framingham High students Katie Cassidy and Alex Sheldon for the 2nd Annual PMC Framingham Kids ride in 2014.

Sunday is the the 3rd Annual event, under the leadership of Framingham High students Reaiah Moses and Jack Schneiderman.
