4 Homeless Individuals Arrested, Gun Shots Reported, Missing Juvenile, and 3 Crashes

Sunday, April 26: 8 arrests and 3 crashes


​12:03 a.m. Group reported at Tedeschi’s, downtown Framingham.

12:25 a.m. Fight reported at Railroad Six Sports Grill, 398 Waverely. Police found nothing upon arrival.

12:30 a.m. Police arrested at Arlington and Pratt streets Eunika Hardy, 30,of 42 South Street of Framingham. Charged on warrants including assault and battery on a police officer.

12:53 a.m. Noise complaint at 18 Old Conn Path. Framingham Police removed the group.

1:26 a.m. Police arrested at Tedeschi’s, downtown Framingham, Robert J. Green leaf, 43, of 3 Merchant Road of Framingham. Charged with trespassing.

1:28 a.m. Family problem reported at Motel 6. Framingham Police advised.

1:34 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 and Temple Street. Both vehicles towed.

1:37 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 18 Old Conn Path.

2:49 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle reported at Wal-Mart, 121 Worcester Rd.

2:56 a.m. Breaking and entering reported at Sports Clip, 235 Old Conn Path.

9:04 a.m. Missing juvenile reported on Highland Street.

9:26 a.m. Malicious destruction of property reported at 58A Cedar Street.

9:50 a.m. Police arrested on Gordon Street Rogerio Fideles, 32, of 102 Arlington Street #2 of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

10:20 a.m. Medical assistance requested at Grater Framingham Community Church, 44 Franklin Stret.

10:23 a.m. Disturbance reported at Tedeschi’s, 430 Waverely Street. Framingham Police advised.

10:49 a.m. Group reported at 1610 Worcester Rd and leasing office. Framingham Police removed the group.

11:58 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln Street.

2:24 p.m. Medical assistance requested at SMOC Housing, 1 Pratt Street. Framingham Fire transported one.

2:37 p.m. Missing person located on Morton Street.

2:47 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Deaf Community Center, 75 Bethany Road

5:30 p.m. Police arrested in the Kendall Building Joseph D Spencer, 28, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with public drinking, violation of a town bylaw.

5:46 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Hollis and Waverely streets.

5:48 p.m. Police investigation at Stop & Shop, Temple Street.

6:22 p.m. Police arrested at 57 Kendall Street Tammy Fasulo, 42, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged on warrants.

7:12 P.M. Suspicious person reported at the Kendall Building, 1 Kendall Street.

7:15 p.m. Police arrested at the Kendall Building, Charles Hall, 58, of 19 St Lo Street in Framingham. Charged with larceny and receiving stolen property.

8:18 p.m. Group reported at Tedeschi’s, downtown Framingham. Police removed the group.

9:59 p.m. Located missing person on Summitt Street.

​10:38 p.m. Report of gunshots on Interfairth Terrace and Second Street. ​


10:41 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Walter L. Dosanjos, 46, of 16 Freeman St. Apt 105 of Framingham. Charged with possession of a Class B drug.

10:41 p.m. Police arrested at 16 Freeman Street Jessica M. Powell, 27, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense.

11:43 p.m. Police arrested at 3 Merchant Road Lance E Driscoll, 32, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged on warrants.
