5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: April 30
48-hour art project, Rams softball in Conference tourney, Marian High sports, and Framingham Town Meeting (night 3) continues today.

1. The public is invited to a special art show at Framingham High tonight from 5 to 7.
Framingham High students from Katie Haley’s Art II class, along with visiting artist William Matelski, have transformed a Framingham High classroom into a piece of art. The project, which incorporates the work of 22 artists, was made possible by a grant from the Framingham Education Foundation.
2. The Town of Framingham will do curbside collection of brush next week. Brush will be collected on the same day as your trash. Click here for rules and more details.

3. Marian High sports teams in action today:
- The girls lacrosse team has a home game at Walsh Middle at 4 p.m.
- The baseball team has a home game at 3 p.m. at Butterworth Park.
- The tennis team will host Matignon High at 4 p.m. at Butterworth Park
4. The Framingham State University softball team will compete in the Conference tournament today at 3:30 p.m. The Rams will travel to Bridgewater State University, which is seeded third in the tournament.The Rams are seeded sixth in the tournament.

5. Tonight, Framingham Town Meeting will resume at 7:30 in Nevins Hall at the Memorial Building. It will be night 3. Town Meeting members are on article 12 - the town’s proposed $19 million capital budget.
