5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: July 3
The town will host the big band sounds of the Tom Nutile Band tonight on the Framingham Centre Common. Garden in the Woods open.

1. The Town of Framingham does not host any Independence Day activities but the third summer concert of the season takes place tonight at 6:30 at the Framingham Centre Common, featuring the big band and swing sounds of The Tom Nutile Band.

2. The Town of Framingham will be observing Independence Day today, July 3. The Memorial Building, the town’s libraries and other Framingham municipal buildings will be closed today, and obviously the rest of the weekend.

But there is no holiday from trash. There will be curbside trash and recycling collection today, July 3.
The Town of Framingham Recycling Center will be closed on July 3 and 4, but open on the 5.

3. The town’s three public beaches will be open today from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bach tags are required for access, but they can be purchased at each beach.
4. The Danforth Art Museum and School is closed today and for the weekend.
5. Garden in the Woods is open today and the rest of the holiday weekend.
