5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: June 16

Dunning Elementary celebrates 50th, charter school stages musical, and town's beaches open this week.

1. Framingham Parks and Recreation Department will open the Town of Framingham’s trio of beaches on Thursday, June 18. Beach tags are required to use the beaches. Click here for more details.

3. Both the Framingham Selectmen and Framingham School Committee are scheduled to meet tonight at 7. The School Committee meeting is at the King Building and a couple of miles away the Selectmen will meet in the Memorial Building.

4. Cameron Middle School will have its grade 8 awards ceremony this morning, while Hemenway Elementary will have its grade 5 awards ceremony tonight.
