5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: June 17

Coffee with the Framingham Police Chief, Aqueduct trails meeting, Fuller Exhibition of Learning, and performance of Brad Ellenberg Quintet.

1. If we had no snow this winter, today would have been the 180th day of school. Instead most students will end the school year on June 26. Click here for the final day of school list and times students will be released.

2. The public is invited to attend a coffee with the Framingham Police Chief this morning at 9:30 in the Memorial Building. Lt. Blaise Tersoni will also be in attendance to explain the detectives unit to the public.

3. A public meeting will be tonight at 7 at the Callahan Senior Center to discuss the next proposed phase of the public aqueduct project, which will provide public access on the Weston Aqueduct from Edgell Road to just west of Lyman Road.

A presentation on the proposed trail will be presented at the meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback to Town of Framingham and State officials in attendance.

4. Fuller Middle School will hold its first-ever Exhibition of Learning to showcase the students’ work during the school’s first year as a STEAM school. The event si front 7 to 8;30 p.m.

5. The Framingham Library will host a free performance of the Brad Ellenberg Quintet at 7 p.m. in the Costin room of the main library.
