5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: March 13
Opening night for Don't Touch That Dial, Dulce de Leche performing at Framingham Library, and Fuller Faculty Variety Show, all tonight.

1. Framingham Community Theater presents Don’t Touch That Dial, a Live 1940s Radio-on-Stage this weekend at Amazing Things Arts Center. Tonight is opening night. Show starts at 8. Also two shows on Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m.
The show will transport the audience o the 1940’s for a taste (or reminder) of an evening ’round the family radio. The show will combine music, live and recorded sound effects and actors reading from scripts to recreate the experience of attending a live studio broadcast. Each performance will include three scripts. (There may even be a chance for you to join the sound effects team.)

The Saturday matinee show will be more geared to families. There is also a family rate for that show.
Saturday Matinee: Family Show geared more to kids 10 & up. Family rate $30.00 per family.

Tickets are still available for all three shows.
2. Dulce de Leche, will be the featured act at tonight’s Teen Spirit Coffeehouse at the main Framingham Library.
The band, made up of high school students, will be one of several acts to perform after house at the library between 6 and 8;30 p.m. The event is free for middle school and high school students.
3. Tonight is the annual Fuller Faculty Variety Show at Fuller Middle School. The two-hour show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door. The Show features Fuller Middle School faculty and staff singing, dancing, acting and being silly for the entertainment of the students (and parents). Money raised will be used to support technology needs in the classrooms.
4. Get a sitter and have a parents’ night out this weekend. Hemenway Elementary’s PTO is hosting the Saturday event at Conrad’s in Sudbury.
The March 14 fundraiser will be held at 7 p.m. at the newly-opened restaurant. There will be a cash bar, passed appetizers, a silent auction, music, and dancing throughout the night. Tickets are $25 each and can be pre-ordered.
5. Loring Arena is hosting the Peewee Tier 4 state championships this weekend. Yesterday, in the national division Framingham defeated Needham 4-1.
