5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: May 11

Meeting on new district-wide, grade level inclusion model at Framingham High School tonight.

Hope everyone had a wonderful mother’s day!

The Framingham Patch site was down for maintenance, along with the other 900 Patch sites across the country on Friday afternoon and came back up Sunday morning. I am still catching up with posting and hope to be caught up by tomorrow.

1. There will be a meeting tonight on Framingham Public Schools new district-wide, grade level inclusion model at Framingham High School.

The meeting will start at 7 at the high school’s library. The meeting is co-sponsored by the F-SEPAC (Framingham Special Education Parent Advisory Council.)

2. Keefe Technical School Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 at the school in room 226. On the agenda is introduction of its newest member Myra Bushell, who was elected by the Town of Framingham in April, roof project update and a vote on the 2015-16 school calendar

  • Marian High boys lacrosse team travels to Danehy Park in Cambridge for a 6 p.m. game against Matignon
  • Marian tennis team has an away match against Austin Prep in Reading at 3:30 p.m.
  • Baseball team has an away game at Barry Park in Medford at 4 p.m.
  • Softball team has an away game at 4 p.m. at the Tufts playground in Medford.

5. Framingham Library Trustees are scheduled to meet tonight at 7 in the main Framingham Library in the Trustees room.
