Access Framingham Executive Director Leaving
AF-TV Assistant Director Francesca Cerutti- Harris will serve as interim director effective immediately, while search begins for a new one.

Access Framingham TV (AF-TV) announced today, March 10, it will begin recruiting for an Executive Director to replace outgoing Executive Director Bill McColgan.
McColgan has accepted a career opportunity as Director of Production and Content for Mountain Lake PBS, a PBS station in Upstate New York serving the Adirondack and Lake Champlain region, extending into Montreal. He and his family will relocate to that area.
Speaking about his departure, McColgan said, “I look back with great pride on all we have accomplished at AF-TV during the last 5 years. We have built strong partnerships with individuals and groups serving our community. We have put the spotlight on the many wonderful people and organizations that make Framingham so special and we have provided training to people of all ages. “Bill will be missed and we wish him great success,” said Bill Rabkin, President of the Board of Directors.

“Francesca did a great job serving as Interim ED five years ago and she has been a vital member of our organization for 15 years. We are fortunate that she will be at the helm during this transition period,” Rabkin said.
AF-TV currently operates out of its studio and office space at Fuller Middle School, 31 Flagg Drive in Framingham. AF-TV is preparing new space at 4 Vernon Street and plans to move there within the next month. The location is in close proximity to the Centre Common, the Maynard Building (the new Danforth Museum location), Village Hall, The Edgell Memorial Library, The Old Academy Building and Framingham State University.
AF-TV is operated by Framingham Public Access Corporation (FPAC) a non-profit corporation designated by the Town of Framingham and funded by Comcast, RCN and Verizon. Programming is available on RCN Channel 3, Comcast Channel 9, Verizon Channel 43, or on demand at www.accessfram.tv.
Access Framingham trains and assists members to produce video programming, and provides cablecasting facilities. All Framingham residents are eligible to become members of Access Framingham.
