Ameresco Promotes Nicole Bulgarino To Senior Vice President Federal Solutions
Since joining Ameresco in June 2004, she has overseen the implementation of more than $600 million in federal energy projects.

Ameresco, Inc., an energy efficiency and renewable energy company, announced Nicole Bulgarino was promoted to the officer title Senior Vice President, Federal Solutions at Ameresco.
Until her promotion, Bulgarino was Ameresco’s Vice President & General Manager, Federal Solutions, with responsibility for the overall management of Ameresco’s dedicated business unit serving Federal government customers. She will continue to lead and manage Ameresco’s Federal Solutions organization, and function as the Company’s representative for Federal energy efficiency services and renewable energy solutions.

Since joining Ameresco in June 2004, Bulgarino has overseen the implementation of over $600 million in Federal energy projects.
A technology-savvy and proven business leader, Bulgarino led the project development for a 60 percent energy reduction deep energy retrofit for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and previously served as the lead engineer for the development, design and start-up of the U.S. DOE Savannah River Site Biomass Cogeneration Facility—the largest Federal biomass facility constructed under the largest renewable energy savings performance contract. As the General Manager for Ameresco’s Federal Solutions group, she manages a team of 163 professionals specializing in business development, engineering, project development, construction, operations and maintenance, and measurement and verification.

Bulgarino is experienced in the design and development of demand side energy efficiency projects including deep energy retrofits as well as many forms of renewables. She has managed projects such as solar, biomass, combined heat and power (CHP), digester gas, distributed generation (DG), geothermal energy, landfill gas (LFG), micro-grids, and energy storage solutions for Federal customers
