Charles is the second middle school vice principal Framingham Superintendent of Schools Stacy Scott has hired, who has left after his first year. In April 2014, he was placed on extended leave and was not with the Framingham School District for the 2014-15 school year.
Faber was hired as Barbieri Assistant Principal in 2012. She taught as a kindergarten teacher in Sudbury for four years before arriving at the bi-lingual school
