When emergency crews arrived on the scene she was conscious and alert but in the middle of the street, said Lt. Cronin.
She was complaining of left leg and shoulder pain and had several cuts, said Lt. Cronin.
The driver of the truck Edvaldo Cruz, 32, of 154 Second Street, Apt. 305 of Framingham was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with no license. He had a Brazilian passport but no Massachusetts license.
The street is not designed as a playground, said Lt. Cronin.
Parents need to remind children of that, added Lt. Cronin.
