Framingham's Annual Town Meeting starts on Tuesday, April 28.On Thursday, April 23 the Town Moderator will hold an article-by-article review of the warrant for Town Meeting members and the public in the Blumer room at the Memorial Building at 7 p.m. Besides elected Town Moderator Teri Banerjee, special guests will include Framingham Town Manager Bob Halpin and Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelley.
