FRAMINGHAM, MA — Teenagers in the MetroWest area will be able to get vaccinated against coronavirus during a special clinic in Westborough this weekend.

The Saturday clinic is for anyone over age 16 and will feature the Pfizer version of the vaccine, which is the only one approved for people under age 18. The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson versions only have approval from the Food and Drug Administration for people over age 18.

The teen COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held at the MetroWest-Westborough Regional Collaborative site at the DoubleTree Hotel, 5400 Computer Drive, Westborough. Appointments will be required, and anyone under age 18 will need a parental consent form.
