Dead Dog Found in Framingham Dumpster
Framingham Police and Animal Control are trying to track down the owner of the dog and how it ended up in the Worcester Road dumpster.

A dead dog was found in a Framingham dumpster on Tuesday.
Contractors removing carpet at 1630 Worcester Road made the discovery and call police, said Framingham Police Lt. Stephen Cronin.
The dog was a female husky/shepherd mix. The dog weighed about 50 pounds and was estimated to be about 7-9 years old, according to Police.

There was no obvious signs of trauma or abuse, said Lt. Cronin.

The dog was then taken to a vet to be examined. A microchip was found in the dog, which indicates the owner is from New York, sad Lt. Cronin.
