3:40 p.m.: Cedric Thaxton, 35, Beaver Terrace Circle, Framingham, was arrested on a warrant

1:45 p.m.: Animal complaint, 2 Pelham Ave.

3:31 p.m.: Animal complaint, Taralli Terrace

4:30 p.m.: Disturbed person, 7 Flagg Drive

5:58 p.m.: Disturbance, 31 Hilton St.

7:30 p.m.: Julio Dasilva, 40, Dyer Street, Framingham, was arrested at 417 Waverley St. for driving with a suspended license, obstructing an emergency vehicle

9:20 p.m.: Pavel Kostyukov, 20, Perry Ave., Worcester, was arrested for outside warrants, operating after suspended license

11 p.m.: Michael Brunelle, 55, Waverly Street, Economy Auto, Framingham, was arrested and charged with OUI second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stay within marked lanes.
