FRAMINGHAM, MA—A woman was struck and killed while crossing Route 9 in Framingham on Thursday night. The 70-year-old was struck by a car around 7:18 p.m. at the intersection of Worcester Road (Route 9) and Prospect Street and taken by ambulance to MetroWest Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The Boston Globe reports that the woman <a href="http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2018/02/16/framingham-woman-dies-after-being-struck-car-crossing-route/e6WeaWHDo70oM13IDHMYfK/story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">had just left the Starbucks nearby.</a> The driver stopped and remained on the scene, and has not been arrested.
